Trips can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund.

Trips cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure will be refunded with a gift voucher only.

Dursey Boat Trips reserve the right to cancel any trip due to changes in government COVID-19 guidelines, safety issues, adverse weather reports or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to inform passengers of any cancelled trips by 1pm the day before scheduled trips. However, in the event of unexpected change in sea conditions, trips could be cancelled with 2 hour notice. Passengers scheduled on cancelled trips will be offered a choice of an alternative trip, full refund or gift voucher.
